The world's a big place but somehow the postal system seems to work...eventually.
It could take 6 or 8 weeks to get here, but usually less.
Once we have it, a techtune technician will bring it to you, remove your old one and install the new one.
Most keyboards can be replaced from the top...

There are a few that require the laptop to be completely dismantled in order to be accessed...
We will replace these key boards on an 'all care-no responsibility' basis due to the risk of aged components failing when disturbed.
